We took a ride to the nearest town called " Yarro"
One of the local people told us about a barber who had a barber shop in town for the last 70 years..so I went to see him in his shop.

His name was Pete..He had an old photo from the 40's, with his partner , at the time...

Very nice man..Told me all about the history of his life and the barber shop...He also was nice enough to pose for me

Dow the street from the barber shop was the local water company.
Yvonne, who worked for a water company, in San jose, could not get over how smallness of the water company bldg...so she started taking photographs...the manager came out and we all had a nice chat....I asked him if it was allright if I took his photograph..I took a couple and then while he was talking to Yvonne I took a few more...

I decided to convert it to black and white and change his shirt design:

Fun in Yarro, BC, Ca
We left on Memorial day and drove half way to alberta, ca..
